New Year & Loads to Do!
I have just had to cancel my forthcoming exhibition, scheduled for the Oxmarket in June/July this year. Disappointing, but silly to stay under so much pressure. I have been so busy with commissions during the last six months, I really have had no time to get much personal painting completed. My theme for this year was 'Urban Images,' shsowing a series of Townscapes. I am now negotiating for next year at the same time. June/July.
I must admit, I feel better already, now that the heavy burden of creative responsibility seems to have been lifted!
I have 3 new commissions to complete and a renovation/paint job on a large Gallery sign....and all to be completed by the middle of February. [This should keep me out of mischief for a few weeks at least!]
I have West Sussex/Chichester 'Open Doors Weekends' to look forward to and hopefully, some more work may come out of that. They are very enjoyable in any case. I always enjoy a chat and a glass, [or 'cuppa] with people who drop in. Come along if you're free. Open Saturday and Sunday from 10am 'til 5pm on 5/6th & 12/13th of May.
I look forward to meeting you!
